This is the small Waterfall that exits on to the shores of Osmington Dorset. Shot at Sunrise to get the light on the water, The waterfall was in full flow as we have had some heavy rainfall the night before. This made it Much better a picture. Using a Long exposure i managed to capture the movement in the water, while retaining its form. using a Narrow aperture allowed great sharpness and the star burst effect on the Sun.
Osmington Mills is a small village just outside of Weymouth, Dorset. This is in the heart of the Jurassic coastline showing some of the fantastic geology that Dorset has to offer, With the Cliffs showing rock banding as far back as the Jurassic Period. There are plenty of Great Ledges and rock formations to show here, All of which make great photographic opportunities.
